Delivery:
How quickly do you deliver?
We aim to send you your goods within 2 working days. However this does depend on your item being in stock.
If your item isn't in stock please allow up to 10 days for your delivery.
Our Standard delivery costs to you via Royal Mail start at £1.75
If your goods are not in stock and/or we are unable send them to you within 7 days we will email you to inform you.

Do you deliver outside the UK?
No. We currently do not deliver outside the UK. If you wish to purchase an item from Red Hot Chilli People and you live outside the UK then please Email us at: mail@redhotchillipeople.com
Refund Policy
We accept that buying on-line doesn't give you the chance to see your goods close up.We don’t want our customers to be left feeling disappointed, so... you can return any items to us within 14 days for a full refund or exchange.
All goods returned to us must be in their original packaging.
We can not refund or exchange goods which have been used or have been damaged in any way by, unless the goods have been found faulty or damaged on arrival. Please check your goods on arrival as we can not accept goods back once they have been used.
We can not refund postage when you are returning goods.
Please email us to tell us you are returning your goods and we will email telling you how to proceed and the address where to send them.
We recommend you use registered post as we can not be responsible for goods that fail to reach us.

We are currently growing a range of fresh chillies in our poly-tunnels here in somerset.From really mild - the 'Holy Trinity' (Pasilla, Ancho, Mulato) to dangerously hot (Caribbean Red Hot, Scotch Bonnet 'Safi')These will be for sale on the site later this year when they start to crop.
