Nomu Moroccan Spice Rub.

An exotic blend of cumin, coriander, turmeric and paprika with hints of chilli, cinnamon & cloves. Combine with olive oil and rub onto meat, poultry, seafood or vegetables before cooking. Sauté with chopped onion as a base for casseroles, tagines or couscous. Delicious on lamb, butternut and sweet potatoes.

Ingredients:

Cumin, sugar, coriander, salt, black pepper, parsley, chilli, cinnamon, turmeric, ginger, nutmeg, cloves, cardamom, coriander leaves, orange oil. Product of South Africa.
